Philip C. Carr, age 68, of Kiel died unexpectedly at his home on November 3, 2021.  Phil was born in Dodgeville to the late Peter and Ione (Kulis) Carr on December 14, 1952.  He was a graduate of Kiel High School, after graduation he joined the U.S. Navy.

Phil was preceded in death by his parents and his brother: John.  He is survived by his cousins, other relatives and many friends.

Per Phil's wishes cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2022 at 10:00AM at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Cemetery, Kiel.  Officiating at the service will be Deacon Bernard "Pat" Knier.
