Nicholas D. Artz, 47, of St. Nazianz died Friday July 3, 2026 as the result of a automobile accident. He was born in Manitowoc County on December 26, 1978 son of Daniel and Marcella (Gauthier) Artz.

Nick graduated from Kiel High School and went on to earn his real estate and real estate brokers license along with his contractors license. He was the proud owner of A to Z Realty and and A to Z Maintenance Company.

In his free time he enjoyed cooking and grilling. Nick also had a love for music and enjoyed going to live events. Above all else, he cherished the time he spent with his daughters, Ozzrielle and Nova.

Survivors include his 2 daughters, parents; Daniel and Marcella Artz, sister; Jessica (Tom) Boldt, brother; Timothy (Mindy) Artz, nephew and nieces; Isaac and Abby Boldt, Ava and Aly Artz along with other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Organ and tissue donation and cremation have taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held on August 30, 2026 at Meat's Opera Haus (204S S. 4th Ave., St. Nazianz) from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Please visit www.meiselwitzfh.com to send online condolences.
