Megan Elizabeth Woelfel, 37, of Valders, WI, passed away in her sleep unexpectedly in the early hours of Friday, June 10, 2022, at her home. She was born July 13, 1984, the daughter of Mike Pierce and the late Laura Pierce.

Megan loved her children deeply; they were her world. She had an extremely generous heart, willing to help anyone in need. Her home was where Logan and Ben's friends, nieces, and nephews felt welcomed. She was always up for a few games of Bunko or darts. Megan loved doing crafty stuff, like making a reindeer for grandpap Pog. She appreciates power tools and her chainsaw. Megan self-taught herself how to drive the skid steer. If you told her she couldn't do it. She would prove you wrong every time.

Survivors include her sons, Benjamin and Logan Woelfel, Todd Woelfel, Nathan Plautz, " her adopted son," her brother Aaron Pierce, sister-in-law Angela Pierce, Keith Reese, and Tina Reese, and her nieces and nephews, father-in-law Glen Woelfel, and her grandparents Rogers (Pog) and Pat Hagenow, and her father, Mike Pierce.

Megan was preceded in death by her brothers, Dylan and Cody, her mother, Laurie Pierce, Grandparents Ralph and Judy Stange, Step mother-in-law Debra Riesterer.

A Funeral Service for Megan will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2022, at St. Peter's UCC (424 Fremont Street, Kiel).  The family will greet relatives and friends at the church from 2:00 pm until 3:45 pm.  Funeral service starts at 4 pm.
