Margorie A. Steele, age 83 of St. Nazianz, died peacefully on Friday morning, October 26, 2018 at Manitowoc Health and Rehab where she resided for the past 3 years.
Marge was born on November 1, 1934, daughter of the late Floyd and Lydia (Baker) Peters in Milwaukee. On August 12, 1951, she married the love of her life, Frank Steele. He preceded her in death on September 2, 2015. Together they owned and operated the Alley Cat Lounge in Milwaukee and Silver Sand Resort in Cascade, before moving to St. Nazianz. Together Marge and Frank enjoyed many trips around the country. HWY 66 was the most memorable trip they took together, they also enjoyed trips to the casino together. Marge could be found recently playing BINGO with her friends at Manitowoc Health and Rehab Center. Many knew Marge as a devoted fan of the Green Bay Packers.
Marge is survived by her son: Thomas Steele, Milwaukee; two grandchildren: Jill and Brian Steele, Milwaukee; a brother: Floyd "Buzz" (Ann) Peters, Port Washington; and her special friends: Jerry & Dawn Hathaway and Nancy "Nanner" Schultz all of St. Nazianz. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Marge was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, brothers, sisters, as well as brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

Per Marge's wishes cremation has taken place, and no services will be held.
