Madison Kendal
Kerber
Aug 29, 2000 — May 31, 2023
Kiel
The world lost a beautiful soul when Madison Kendal Kerber, age 22 of Kiel, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 31, 2023.
Madison was born on August 29, 2000; daughter of Majarka Ford-Ziegelbauer and Adam Kerber. She was a graduate of Kiel High School with the class of 2018 and most recently a graduate of Carroll University in 2022 with her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science minor in Psychology. She was proud of her time at Carroll making many memories with her college roommates. Madison found her knack for the future during her summer internship at the YMCA, where she assisted the elderly with exercise programs to help them cope with their Parkinson's Disease. Taking care of others brought her so much joy. She worked for many years at The Osthoff and was proud of her accomplishments while there.
The connections she made as a bartender were something special to her.
Madison played soccer from the time she was in kindergarten until her junior year of high school, she also played for a club volleyball team for 3 years, continuing throughout high school and received honorable mention All Conference her senior year. Madison was always finding a way to stay active and connect with others, especially if it meant being outside. When the sun was out, she could be found at the beach, the cottage or by the pond; and of course music was playing. She loved to listen to all genre's of music but we all know her favorites are too inappropriate to list. Madison's love of music was evident by her concert attendance. When the wether wasn't cooperating she wouldn't pass up the opportunity to learn a new card game, or put a puzzle together with her mom. Madison was the girl cheering on the Brewers, from the tailgating to the last pitch. The most important part of her life was her family and friends.
She is survived by her parents: Majarka Ford-Ziegelbauer and Adam (Shannon) Kerber; boyfriend: Hunter LeGreve; brother: Kegan; grandparents: Mark Ziegelbauer & Jana Ford-Ziegelbauer and Linda Kerber; aunts and uncles:, Matthew (Alexa), Cody, Mikki and Noah Ford-Ziegelbauer, Kenny Kerber; and cousins: Hailee, Bella, Sophie, Emmett, Nolan and Mya. Madison is further survived by Hunter's mom: Jody LeGreve, half sister: Madelaine Radtke; many great aunts, great uncles, other relatives and many special friends that touched her life along the way. She was preceded in death by her grandfather: Ken Kerber, JR.
