Joyce B. Vreeke, 88, of Sheboygan died Thursday evening May 22, 2025 at Shores of Sheboygan Assisted Living were she had been a resident for the past 3 years. She is the former Joyce Wagner, daughter of the late Jon and Lucille (Musial) Wagner. Joyce attended grade school in Manitowoc and high school in Sheboygan.

On August 16, 1958 she was united in marriage to Richard Vreeke at St. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church. He preceded her in death on June 12, 2003.Joyce had worked as a waitress for much of her life in the Sheboygan area including the Executive Inn and Younkers, she also was a clerk at Murphy's Dept. Store. She was a faithful member of Immaculate Comception Catholic Church. Joyce fondly remembered the yearly trips with her family and her twin sister Janice's family to Eagle River. She also went to Ireland for her birthday with her daughter Laurie.

Survivors include her daughter; Laurie (Bill) Lindow, Crivitz, twin sister; Janice Taubenheim, sister; Audrey Schaller, grandchildren; Mandy Lindow(Norman), Melissa (Charles) Weiss, Amber Van Rixel, great grandchildren; Jaiden, Lily, Vada, Adelai, Nora, Layla, Brody and Madalynn along with other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death her husband, daughter; Michelle "Mickey" Bishop and Son Jon Vreeke.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00am on Monday June 9, 2025 at Meiselwitz-Vollstedt-DeTroye Funeral home (815 6th St. Kiel) Family and friends may gather at the funeral home on Monday from 10:30am until the time of service at 11:00am.
