Joyce C. Rissman, 92, formerly of rural Kiel died Thursday evening September 21, 2018 at Willowdale Nursing and Rehab Center. She is the former Joyce Klumb, born January 4, 1926 in Milwaukee daughter of the late Edwin & Kathryn (Miller) Klumb. Joyce was a graduate of Washington High School, Milwaukee. Joyce was united in marriage to Warren Rissman in Milwaukee and he preceded her in death on February 14, 2012.

Survivors include her son; James of Phoenix, AZ, 2 nieces and 2 nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a sister; Mary Ellen (John) Emerson.

According to Joyce's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services.
