Joyce Fesing, age 75, formerly of Kiel, passed away Wednesday evening, July 11, 2018 surrounded by her loving family at Atrium Post Acute Care Center of New Holstein.

She was born August 20, 1942 in Edgerton to the late John and Myrtle (Guenther) Wachal Sr. She attended grade school in Edgerton and graduated from Elcho High School in 1961. In 1961, she married Thomas W. Follstad, he preceded her in death in 2017. In 1974, she married Donald G. Fesing, he preceded her in death in 1995.

Joyce worked for Chilton Products for over 40 years retiring from there in 2005. She enjoyed ceramics, crocheting, cooking and baking, always having treats around the house for anyone that stopped. Joyce was an avid Green Bay Packers fan. She loved spending time with her family especially her time at her place in Shawano. She will be greatly missed by her canine companion, Cosmo.

She is survived by her five children: William (Chris) Follstad, Tomahawk; Pamela (Michael) Konen, Kiel; Jodi (James) Schumacher, Brothertown; Jill (Brian) Westermeyer, Howards Grove and Melissa (Rick) Stermer, Kiel; her grandchildren: Sherri Follstad, Samantha (Wes) Sandmann, Jessica Morrison, Ryan Hawkins, Jenny Konen (Fiancé Marshall), Jean (Jesse) Heller, Colton Boeckman, Blake Boeckman, Jordan Schumacher, Amanda Wilkens (Fiancé Ryan), Amber Wilkens, Jenna, Adam, & Hunter Westermeyer, Megan Stermer, Joshua Stermer, Deaven (Kari) Stermer, and Hallie Stermer (Justin); her great-grandchildren: Kayden, Hunter, RileyJo, Madison, Greyson, Athena, Aoewyn, and 3 more on the way; her sister, Donna Ferch, and her sister-in-law, Ann Wachal. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, friends, and other relatives

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, John and Myrtle Wachal; her former husbands, Thomas W. Follstad, and Donald G. Fesing; her brother, John Wachal Jr. and great-granddaughter Alyssa.

Per Joyce's wishes cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at 5:00 pm on Monday, July 16, 2018 at Meiselwitz-Vollstedt Funeral Home (815 6 ^th St.) with Joe Zenk Pastoral Leader officiating.

The family will greet relatives and friends from 3:00 pm until the time of service at 5:00 pm on Monday, July 16, 2018 at the Funeral Home.

The family would like to thank Willow Park, and Atrium Post Acute Care Center of New Holstein for the compassion and care shown to mom and her family and all the wonderful friends she made especially Kathy and Angie.
