John P. Lee, age 47, of Kiel died Sunday, August 7, 2016.
He was born on August 12, 1968 in Gladstone, MI, son of Patricia A. (Thorban) Lee and the late Kenneth P. Lee.
He had worked at Tecumseh Products and was currently employed at MB Company.
John was a avid car lover who loved working on his 88 Monte Carlo which he was restoring and had built the engine from scratch. He also enjoyed Civil War history and participated in living history as an reenactor.
A very loving and generous man who helped everyone with everything, he will be deeply missed by the many people who came into his life and loved him.
Survivors include his wife, Terri S. (LaForge) Lee of Kiel, two children; Rhea M. Lee, Green Bay, Cassandra L. Lee, Manitowoc, three grandchildren, Abigayl, Alexia and Annabelle, special family friend, Sierra "Brat" Hunn, her daughters and many friends.
A special thanks to the friends, co-workers and amazing neighbors who have been so supportive and helpful during this difficult time.
Remember John With Us!
A celebration of John's life will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2016 from 3:00 pm until 10:00 pm at our home at 520 Broadway St., Kiel in the back yard with a pot luck meal. Please bring your own beverage and chair.
This will be the day after what would have been his 48th birthday. I believe John would have wanted to help as many people as possible, so, as a result I allowed his organs and tissues to be donated. Sadly due to this, there can be no viewing service. Those who knew John, knew how much he hated funerals,
therefore we have decided to celebrate his life at home, where he was the most relaxed and found the most joy working on his car.
