Elizabeth "Betty" Strauch, 85, of New Holstein, passed away Monday, June 29, 2026 at home.  Betty was born March 14, 1941, in Glasgow, Scotland, to Rose Doyle.  On August 10, 1961, she married Jon Strauch in Glasgow.  He preceded her in death on June 28, 2007.  Betty was employed as a CNA at various facilities until her retirement from Rocky Knoll Health Care Center.  She enjoyed the theater, traveling, knitting and gardening.

Survivors include her three children, Jacqueline Strauch, Marc (Lori) Strauch and Daniele Lowry; five grandchildren, Daniel (Samantha) Strauch, Amanda (Robert) Brown, Nicole (James) Fletcher, Samantha Propson, and David Strauch and her brother, Joseph (Rosemary) Doyle, niece, Angela (Andy) Taylor, and nephews, Stewart (Fay), Paul and Tony Doyle.

In addition to her husband, Jon and her mother, she was preceded in death by her son, David Strauch and her brother, Roger Doyle.

In accordance with Betty's wishes, no services will be held.
