Dennis Voss watched his last Packer game and completed his life journey on January 29, 2022 at the age of 80. He was born on September 14, 1941, son of the late Alvin and Melitta (Maurer) Voss. Dennis graduated from Kiel High School in 1959. Highlights of his life include marrying his high school sweetheart, Sandra, the birth of his daughter; Denise Thiel, her husband Tim, birth of his son Brian Voss and Jessica, the love of his grandchildren; Carson, Kirstin and Abby.

He was a fan of WI sports, attended the Ice Bowl, the Super Bowl, was a Green Bay Packer owner and season ticket holder and enjoyed breakfast with the Packers. He worked at Kohler Co in the Generator Division and farmed the Homestead that was in his family since 1864. In his free time he and Sandy took care of their ever growing family garden. They also enjoyed traveling to 47 states with family and friends.

He is further survived by his sisters-in-law; Ev Voss, Renae (Jeff) Wunsch, nieces; Kayla and Dana, nephews; Bill (Heather) and Karl (Chanin).

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, brother; Larry Voss, infant brother and infant sister.

A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday February 5, 2022 from 1:00pm until 3:00pm at Millhome Supper Club (16524 Lax Chapel Rd. Kiel) Private family services were held at St. John UCC, Schwarzwald. Burial will take place at Bethel UCC Cemetery where he was a former member. A memorial has been established in his name for St. John UCC Schwarzwald.

The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice for keeping Dennis comfortable during his last days.
