Dennis R. Schnell, 57, of St. Nazianz, died unexpectedly Wednesday morning, November 1, 2017.

Dennis was born June 27, 1960 in Sheboygan to the late Lester and Anita (Buchholz) Schnell. He was a graduate of Kiel High School. Dennis worked at various restaurants throughout his life in the surrounding communities. He was a member of Bethlehem UCC.

Dennis is survived by his brothers and sisters: Robert Schnell, Randall (Lorraine) Schnell, Sandra (Terry) Dammen, Gerald Schnell, Darla (Edward) Ardell, Don Lee Schnell, Thomas Schnell, Dorene (Jack) Hanke, and Lori (Dan) Salm. He is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Roger Schnell, and sister, Sue Ellen Schnell.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held for Dennis on Tuesday November 7, 2017 at 7:00 pm at Meiselwitz-Vollstedt Funeral Home (815 6th St. Kiel).

Family will greet relatives and friends from 4:00 pm until time of service at the funeral home.

A private burial will take place at a later date at Bethlehem UCC Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in his name.
