Obituary

DeLoris “Dee” Sepnieski, 90, of New Holstein, passed away September 24, 2026 at her home. She was born October 27, 1935, in Ingalls, Michigan, to the late George and Marguerite (Weisang) Reitmeyer. Dee graduated from Lincoln High School, Manitowoc in 1954. On October 30, 1954, she married her high school sweetheart, Patrick Sepnieski at St. Francis of Assisi in Manitowoc, then called Holy Innocents. He preceded her in death on August 5, 2022. She was a stay-at-home mom before being employed at Tecumseh in 1970. Dee and Patrick retired in 1987. The couple were snowbirds, traveling throughout the south during the winter but found their winter home in Mission, TX for many years.

Dee enjoyed playing cards, golfing, traveling and was a fan of Wisconsin sports teams. Pat and Dee were members of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in New Holstein. She was also a member of Christian Mothers. She enjoyed crocheting, toll painting and many other crafts. Dee had a passion for learning new things.

She is survived by her children and daughter-in-law, Peggy Sepnieski, MN, Steve (Beth) Sepnieski, AZ, Margaret Sepnieski, Chilton, James (Danielle) Sepnieski, NY and Matt Sepnieski, NM; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and seven step-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, Patrick, she was preceded in death by her son, Patrick Jr., her brother, Johnny and her adopted sister, Judith.
