Dawn K. Conrad, 59, of New Holstein, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, November 20, 2023.  Dawn was born April 3, 1964, the daughter of David and Darlene (Rautmann) Conrad.  She graduated from Elkhart Lake/Glenbeulah High School and continued her education at UW River Falls graduating with the class of 1986.

Dawn enjoyed cattle in 4-H, showing in county and state fairs.  After college, she started a herd of Ayrshires, showing them at the state fair and many Expos around the country.  For the last 15 years, she was employed by Sargento and was active in the Ayrshire Association where she spent her time helping young folks.

In addition to her parents, David and Darlene she is survived by her brother, Duaine (Cindy) Conrad, her nephew, Donald (Amanda) Conrad, their children, Deacon, Wells and Banks; her niece, Carmen and her daughter, Ava; her aunts, Shirley Spindler and Susan (Bill) Dicke and her uncle, Glen Spindler.  She is further survived by many cousins, other relatives and many special friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, her Godmother, Karen Spindler and her uncle, Norman Spindler, Jr.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 1, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter Evangelical Church (W5375 County Road FF, Elkhart Lake) with Rev. Ted McCurdy officiating.  A time of visitation will be held on Friday, at the church, from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m., where a brief family ceremony will be held. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

A memorial will be established for St. Peter Ev. Church as well as the Wisco Junior Ayrshire Association.
