Daisy L. Greuel, 71, formerly of Chilton, passed away peacefully Monday afternoon, December 31, 2018 at Green Bay Health Service.

She is the former Daisy Myer, born on February 28, 1947, to the late Ralph and Estella (Wade) Myer. On February 27, 1965, she married James E. Greuel at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church in Sheboygan. He preceded her in death on October 5, 1999. Daisy previously worked at Leverenz Shoe, Tecumseh Products, and RCS in Sheboygan. During that time, she also owned and operated Black Shadow Mink Ranch in Chilton with her husband, James. She enjoyed playing bingo and cards, taking trips to the casino, and going dancing.

She is survived by her children: Laura (Larry) Gloede, Cecil; James Greuel, Sheboygan; and Simon (Tammy) Greuel, Chilton; her grandchildren: Jordan (Katie Jo), Elizabeth, Nicole, Lillian, Taylor, Dustin, Isaac, Evan, and Alex; her great-grandchildren: Brooklyn, Quinn, Aubryn, and Lydia. She is further survived by her sister, Gerry (Larry) Stangel; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: William (Diane), Joe (Marilyn), David, Barbara, Margaret, and Mary Greuel, Sandra (Stan) Roe, Lorraine (Randall) Schnell, along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Daisy was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, sisters: Marge (Jack) Schmidt and Diane Sleck; her brother, Jack Myer and brother-in-law, Kenneth Greuel.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 am on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church (413 Fremont St., Kiel). Burial will follow at the Church Cemetery.

The family will greet relatives and friends at the Church from 10:00 am until 11:15 am when brief family rites will be held.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in Daisy's name.
