Barbara H. Platz, 81, of rural Pulaski, formerly of Kiel, passed away on August 30, 2024, at her home.

Barbara was born October 12, 1942, in Sheboygan, to the late Arno and June (Ninmer) Platz. She

graduated from Kiel High School in 1961 and then attended Marion College. Barbara worked as a social

worker at the Chilton Rehabilitation Center.

Barbara is survived by her siblings, Rich (Cindy) Platz, New London, Don (Nancy) Platz, Menominee, Mrs.

Mary (Brent) Ponkow, Ripley, OK, Mrs. Jeanne (John) Riesterer, Pulaski and Mrs. Kathy (Patrick) Lester,

Cedar Rapids, IA. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
